This is a residential conference with all activities in St Catherine’s College, Oxford. The registration fee includes accommodation, all activities and meals.
Registration desks will be in Lodge at the College entrance. Talks will be held in the Bernard Sunley Lecture Theatre (with new leather seats!).
Posters and trade stands will be displayed in rooms adjacent to the Bernard Sunley, the foyer and in the lecture theatre itself.
Tea/coffee breaks, after lunch tea/coffee on Tuesday as well as the Tues pre-dinner Drinks Reception will take place with posters and trade stands. All meals are served in the Dining Hall and the Junior Common Room and Pub behind the Dining Hall will be available after both Monday and Tuesday dinners.
Meals are rapidly and efficiently served by College staff in the Hall and food at St Catz is generally considered to be very good. Lunch and dinner are both 3 courses served. We will be sharing the venue with some other guests but will be the largest group there.
There is no lunch provided on Mon 2nd April with sessions starting at 12.50pm. Tues and Wed have served lunches.
Wi-Fi will be available at the venue and there is a computer room available for those without devices.
A secure room will be available for left luggage.
Disabled parking is available in College but there is no other parking for cars
Extra nights can be arranged privately with St Catherine’s - but please note that the kitchen will close for the Easter break so no dinner will be provided on Wednesday night or breakfast on Thursday morning. B&B rates will be consequently lowered.
