Fees:
This is a 3 day residential conference and early registration is recommended to secure room bookings. Registration Fees include everything- all meals and social events, tea/coffee and 2 nights accommodation (Mon and Tues). Day delegate rates do not include evening dinners or accommodation.

Early registration (before 2 March):
£270 for members, £300 for non-members
£210 for student members, £260 for student non-members

Late registration (until 16 March);
£310 for members, £340 for non-members
£250 for student members, £300 for student non-members

Day rates (does not include accommodation or evening dinner):

Members £70
Non-members £80
Student members £50
Student non-members £60

A late fee of £20 will be added after 2nd March
Tuesday Conference Dinner ticket £30 (Please note: conference dinner is already included in the price for all residential delegates)

Honorary BSMB members: free
Retired BSMB members: £210 for early registrants,, £250 after 2nd March

Please note: To qualify for the reduced registration (and to apply for a bursary) you must have joined the BSMB by 2nd Dec 2011.

The official end of on-line registration is 16 March 2012. Registrations may be accepted on the day of the meeting, although this will depend on space. Late prospective registrants are advised to contact the meeting organisers.

Payment:

Delegates should pay by debit/credit card. Payment by cheque is also possible and must be in pounds Sterling, payable to the 'British Society for Matrix Biology'.

Receipts:

At the end of the registration process you should receive an automatic email receipt to confirm your registration and payment. Please check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed. Please contact the conference administrator if you need a receipt for your cheque payment.

Cancellation:

Cancellations are accepted until 23rd March (midnight GMT). There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.
