We welcome interesting clinical cases for presentation and discussion at the meeting.

If you would like to submit a clinical case for consideration, please email it to Janet Crompton, using the following format:

Pre-treatment
Diagnostic tests
Diagnosis and treatment plan
Treatment
Follow up

Please note: the word limit is 350 words

The deadline is 2nd March 2009.
